She invests and spends a lot of her time comparing some other brokers. That's sound really grate; however she has very very very less knowledge about properties, areas, and how to competit with other buyer(s) through back'N'forward PP & CO. She's like you send her your target list, she schedules for visits, and then she just accompany you in visits. She never asks question from buyer; she doesn't comment on anything while visiting, no advises, no technical advises, she's just a visitor. Then while Offering, she just ask you to put price on offers. If I knew all these myself, why should I take an agent??!! - OneOfHerClient
