Che was introduced to be by a friend who described him as an honest and trusted realtor. When I started working with Che he is as described, even better. I live outside Alberta and relied on Che to find a good house for me. I did FaceTime with him to view the houses. Since FaceTime cannot give me a clear view of the houses, I asked Che to help me find a good house . Most of the houses he went to, he advised me not to buy and provided me with reasons. When we finally got the house I like, Che supported me, but he did not push me to purchase because he wants me to make a decision that I will not regret later. We waited for my friend to come back from her vacation to view the house and give me a feedback before we can proceed. My friend’s feedback was great and I decided to purchase the property. Since I did not know any house inspectors or real estate lawyers, Che assisted me to get a professional good inspector and a good lawyer.
