I literally wasn't even looking to buy a condo when I stumbled upon the unit of my DREAMS. I was instantly in love and Cynthia could read it all over my face. We are return clients of Cynthia’s. We are challenging clients. During our first house hunt, we were looking for value for the dollar in the midst of the house price boom. We were not looking at any specific area. There was a lot of traveling done until we found our home in Simcoe Country. After enjoying our home for 3+ years, it was time to come back to the city. Knowing it was outside Cynthia’s area, we reached out to her. She gladly accepted us as clients, did her research and learned how thing worked in our region. She noticed all the changes we made.
