Jason is very attentive to what you like or not just by your expressions and quickly adjusts house tours to accommodate. He is very well connected and respected in the community, and was able to find a new build partially completed that would close fast for my purchase. In two and a half days, one of them being a holiday (Easter) I was able to see every house I wanted and then some and then secure a build with a top rated builder. Very happy with all his work as I was from out of province and needed the local knowledge.
