Mel is amazing. This was our first home purchase so we had a lot of questions and she answered all of them honestly, which we really appreciated. Sitting here at my computer a month after my house sold, it’s a struggle to put into words to accurately articulate what Melanie has done for me. My wife and I had separated, are attempting to sell our house together, and oh by the way, a once in a lifetime pandemic is coming. So with all this being said, our house is now sold, I’m in a new house, starting a new life and I will never, EVER use another realtor than Melanie. My wife and I met Melanie through my brother-in-law and wife. I am glad we did. We found a bungalow and after finishing the renovations, we decided to list with the realtor that we bought the house from. After listing the house it sat on the market for 3 months with no action at all. My wife and I were getting a little nervous about how long it was taking to sell the house. We decided to get Melanie's opinion on how we should make changes to sell the home. She suggested we keep the price the same but just stage it professionally, paint the fireplace, added fantastic photos and open houses and got an offer within the first two weeks.
