Best experience. Start to finish she was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She actually returned calls, texts, pings and emails within minutes. Got just about our asking price (less than a thousand under) and hard negotiator on the buy (including getting a further price reduction after the home inspection). Outstanding!
