I cannot think of anything negative when it comes to Rich Cederberg. This Realtor is TOPS! When it came to being our Buyers Agent he was with out a doubt top notch. From our first meeting (online)I found him to be very personable and ready to get the job done. I had already put out several feelers to multiple Rio Rancho Realtors regarding our impending relocation from another state with no responses....well a few did auto-reply. I initially sent Rich a message late on a Friday night and when he responded moments later I assumed it was an auto-reply. It was not. It was actually HIM! Amazing. From there I was sold that he was 'the one'. He set us up with a Mortgage Company. He got us ready to purchase a house prior to our house hunting trip to NM. He was there for us for our entire time in NM hunting for our next home. And he was successful in helping us to find a new home in the 48 hours that we had to locate one. This guy is a great guy doing a great job at something he loves doing...and it shows in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone relocating to Rio Rancho, NM-especially military families like us -he made this stressfull task with five kids under the age of 10 tagging along painless.
