The experience we had with Paul Blundell of MinCom Pro Realty Inc. in Barrie Ontario was poor. We were extremely disappointed with his lack of professionalism and character. We had originally decided to sell our home with a local agent and small business owner however, based on our experience with Paul, we came to realize it wasn't worth our efforts. He is not an agent with integrity, as he went back on his word following two verbal agreements with him. It is unfortunate that in a business such as real estate, which relies heavily on word of mouth recommendations, that Paul Blundell chose to take the low road in our experience.
