This rating is not an understatement. If a negative score was possible, his rating would be lower. He sells for A&S Homes and makes them seem like the worst company, but really it's just him. If you want to build with A&S, go with another realtor; they have many - don't get stuck with him. Once you sign, he won't give you the time of day and little issues become massive problems because of him.
