Mr Elias has been a liar from day one. I have had an offer on a house since October 2011, the sellers accepted my offer for 109,900. Well Mr Elias held onto that offer in hopes to get a higher offer, leaving me on the hook and putting my life on hold..telling me we are going to close any day. Well after getting an apprasial, which it only appraised for 110,000. Mr elias then held on to the paperwork longer making up excuses as to why it wasnt turned in. Just this month Aug 2012 he turned in paperwork and the bank counter offered 145,000, Elias know the house isnt worth that. Elias is waiting for me to back out of contract because he has a cash offer on the house.
