We would highly recommend the Katronis Real Estate team. They more than exceeded our expectations. The fact that they are a "team" compared to being a single realtor really helped for viewing properties around our busy schedule. We were looked after from start to finish. One of the properties we were considering was nice, but not really everything that we wanted and we considered it a "fall back, second choice" if we weren't able to get exactly what we were looking for. When we were out looking at places, the comment was made "you don't want to spend the next 5-10 years living in your fall back second choice home, lets find the place that is right for you. "That really showed us that you cared and were not just looking to make a quick sale. We would recommend you to anyone in the lower mainland needing a realtor, but you are certainly experts in the Cloverdale area.
