Dear Nina, We can't believe it has already been over a year since we moved into our new home. We were talking the other night about it, remembering the "incredible marathon weekend" of our house hunting, the tense days waiting for our offer to be accepted, and all the ridiculous back and forth with the vendors over the 2nd parking space! Thank you for all the amazing and wonderful work you did in helping us get in to our lovely little home! We were so absolutely impressed with the devoted amount of time you gave us , the unquestioning assistance over the dumbest things (like our parking space fandango!), and the cheerful, helpful way in which you did it all. We were pretty leery about coming over to the big city", about the kind of real estate agent we'd find, we certainly never expected the "small town" kindness you showed us, and we have really wanted to let you know how very much we appreciate it.
