Mother daughter team. Had my house listed with these agents for 1 year with zero results. Very poor advertising, all she did was list it on MLS and her own website and told us that's enough. Kept extending her term because at the end of her term she would give us false hopes saying there's an interested buyer who needs a bit more time. Complete frauds, had conflicts of interests as the son in law is a property developer.
