Karl Lueders outright lied at my closing to facilitate the sale. We had found issues at the final walkthrough that needed to be addressed (new damage to the home) and he said it would be taken care of. We have emails that show that we made it clear that if the items were not dealt with, we would walk. The next day at closing he made sure I could not ask the seller anything by telling everyone I had requested a separate closing. this being my first home purchase I had no idea what a separate closing was and had no idea that being in different rooms wasn't normal. I asked him if the problems were resolved and he told me everything was taken care of, another lie. The sale was only completed because he lied.
