Mimi was fantastic. Extremely bright..Very honest and trustworthy. We were sorry we could not buy a home in Victoria but there wasn't much availalbe in our price range and all of it required reno..We changed directions and decded not to buy in victoria but it had nothing to do with her lack of ability or effort.. We just got tired of being homeless and wanted to buy..closer to where we had lived due to convenience more than anything .. and exhaustion due to a difficult time we had had for two years attempting to develop a property we had purchased... We would definitely recommend her and will use her again when we 'retire' to Victoria in the future.
