Kari helped my husband and I purchase our first home in 2011. We were looking for a house where we could develop a basement suite. As luck would have it, the contractor we were hiring to develop the basement needed to see the basement of the home we were considering purchasing, on a weekend we were out of town. Kari graciously showed the home to the contractor, which ultimately led to the contractor being able to come up with a floorplan, and ultimately us deciding to purchase the house. This is just one example of Kari's ability to go above and beyond. She was always on time, she responds quickly to all inquiries and she makes her schedule flexible to fit her clients. Now, 6 years later as my husband and I consider selling our home and building a new one, Kari has agreed to take us to see a home that she knows we aren't planning to purchase. We want to see it to check out the floorplan to see if the builder would suit our needs. Without hesitation, Kari has agreed to show it to us and make the necessary arrangements. This is yet another example of Kari's work ethic and desire to please her clients. Additionally, she is easy to chat with and makes the home buying experience comfortable.
