Norm Grodecki by far exceeded our expectations on what a realtor does for you. As first time home buyers we had no clue on the process, norm was there every step of the way, keeping us updated giving us steps of what to do next. He knew we were on a timeline and worked around our busy schedule showing us many homes in a short period of time. Very professional yet personable, it felt like we had a friend helping us find a house not like we were just another client. He took time to explain everything and made sure we understood. Very easy to get ahold of anytime of the day with questions or concerns. Overall a great experience working with norm, I feel like we have learned a lot from him.
