Be aware of working with Lacey and Westridge Realty. She is only in it for her commission! She unprofessionally and unethically closed a residential deal that left the buyers with a huge mess to clean up and a huge bill to pay for. She will talk the talk before subjects are to be removed and then will give you the run around. Do not use her as a realtor and if you happen to buy a home from her, make sure you put every little thing in your subjects and nail her to it.
When informed that her clients had left all types of garbage on the property and did not clean the home before possession date, her lame excuse was that “they’re from out of town.” I believe it is standard that a house should be clean and all belongings on the property whether unwanted or wanted are to be removed. I have bought and sold several homes and I have never left a house in a horrible manner for the new owners.
Lacey gave us the run around for a month after we moved in. Meanwhile, we had to financially and physically endure her clients mess. She was clearly aware of her clients situation when she took on the listing. The house sat on the market for almost 3 months and she and her clients had a month to get their act together before possession date.
