If Melanie is not your realtor, you are making a huge mistake! Everyone you talk to will always tell you that they know the BEST realtor, and are so quick to refer their realtor to you... It is so hard to make a decision when there is so many realtors out there. But please know, this woman cannot be compared to other realtors... She is literally life changing. She is the most kind, knowledgeable and professional person I have ever met. I've dabbled with other realtors in my past and there is no comparison to the hard work and passion that Mel delivers.. My #1 favorite thing about Melanie was that never once did I feel like she was pressuring me or just out to make a sale... Never once did I feel like she would have let me make a wrong decision. Never once did I feel like I was taking too much of her time. She kept in constant communication, read over my condo documents, came to all of my meetings with the builder, made phone calls to my broker, made phone calls to the builder, she really acted on my behalf even when not required of her and she truly went above and beyond in all ways. Home buying can be a very stressful experience, and Mel actually made it very fun and enjoyable. We laughed and had fun with the whole experience from start to finish. I remember when my boyfriend and I first met her over a year ago, she hugged us (seems like no big deal, but it was so much more friendly and trusting to us than like a business handshake), and then was helping us SO MUCH even though she knew she wasn't going to get paid for it... when we left, we talked about her the whole way home and were like blown away. That initial interaction is what made me settle on her for this home purchase and I have no regrets now that the deal is done. This is the type of person that you can connect with on a different level. There is trust, there is friendship, there is kindness, there is hardwork, there is passion, there is EVERYTHING. I'm probably repeating myself here, but I honestly do not feel like I can express how great Mel is as a human and as a realtor. My expectations were exceeded and I do not just feel like I've gained a realtor for life but a friend! She is such a positive and bright individual, she literally lights up the room when you are with her! All of my friends and my sister cannot wait to use her as well for their future home needs.
