lost several buyers due to Terrie being rude. Does not work well with other agents. Has been sued. Only out to get the best result for herself. Rarely calls back when issues arise. Difficult to work with and would not recommend if you're looking for someone you can trust. Does not disclose everything you need to know and then says it's not her responsibility. Very dishonest person.
