She was helpful getting us to rent a unit, however whenever something went wrong, it took her days/ weeks to get back to us. Not acceptable when there was utility and plumbing problems. She often would have unprofessional assistants call us and once made me talk to her daughter. Also as renters we got served foreclosure papers because our unit owner was not paying his morgage. She did not call us to discuss this. When we brought it up she assured us he was working it out with the bank and that we would get our deposit so we paid our last months rent. Now its been over a month since our deposit was due back to us because Florida law states they have 15 days to return it to us. Also now she is ignoring mine and my roommates calls.
