We first met Amber in the fall of 2022, on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, who had worked with her to purchase their first Winnipeg home. We liked Amber immediately. She listens carefully, knows her field, and in many cases, she anticipated our needs. We were hoping to move in the spring of 2023 - and she set us up to receive automated emails of listings that matched our wish list for our next home. Being from out of province, she prioritized working hard for us when we were in town, and again and again, we saw her go above and beyond our expectations - whether it was driving us around neighbourhoods, introducing us to excellent experts in related fields when we asked for referrals (home inspector, lawyer, interior designer), or even - once we'd purchased a property, visiting it on our behalf (and in our absence) to take measurements. We deeply appreciated her knowledge and expertise about all things related to purchasing a condo, and we felt genuinely protected in the details. She was patient with our many questions, thorough in her explanations, and sincerely rejoiced with us when we found our home. We simply can't recommend Amber highly enough and will always be grateful that we had the opportunity to work with her.
