It was very clear from the beginning that Andree Davis did not want to work with us. When given our budget, her comment was that she could find us a piece of land and a tent. Out of inexperience, we decided to continue to pursue a house with her. She was friendly in person and drove us around town looking at houses, some already sold, and a few still on the market. We only entered 2 houses. Both took our breath away as they were as if she wasn't even trying. Extensive work was needed on both. We drove an hour and a half to look at garbage. A week or so later we found a house that surpassed our criteria on MLS that had been listed the entire time through property guys. I emailed Andree to let her know we are interested. It is a week later and by moving on and finding another agent, we have an accepted offer on a house we love. Andree is very knowledgeable but did not work for us and had zero interest in helping our family.
