He was totally without knowledge of the market! He under-valued my home by a significant amount and I am so glad I decided to go with another agent because I got my asking price! With this monkey I would have lost so much money! He totally refused to list the house for the price I wanted and 3 other agents I compared with all valued my home for higher. This guy knows nothing, stay away from him!
