Behrooz is truly a gem, and indeed a rare commodity in the real estate industry. I initially engaged Behrooz as an outsider from Toronto, with no real working knowledge of the Montreal real estate market. Behrooz was extremely accommodating with my lack of familiarity - he took his time to acclimate me to the local market, and was very responsive with every last question and concern I had. He guided me an absolutely beautiful condo that satisfied every single one of my criteria, and well within budget. The entire process was a breeze, and MUCH easier than previous real estate transactions thanks to his expertise and work ethic. It was especially impressive, as we handled the entire process remotely. The process went so smoothly, that I decided to purchase another condo with Behrooz immediately after finalizing the first purchase. I will absolutely continue to work with Behrooz for all of my future real estate transactions in the city, and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone considering an agent. As a side note, when Behrooz discovered that I was learning French, he was more than happy to help me in practicing my writing and conversation skills during the course of our correspondence.
