Our decision to buy a home, started spur of the moment. We called Brennan on the recommendation from our son's friend who had recently bought a house.  He immediately answered our questions about a property that had peaked our interest, even though he did not know if this transaction would ever pan out!  When we started looking in earnest, Brennan was patient with us, as we learned our way around what we wanted and where.  He is very personable, knowledgeable, professional and down to earth, more like a friend than an agent.  He provided advice on what to fix in our house to get it ready for sale, as well as showing us, what was right or wrong about a property. It had been 30 years since we bought our home in Regina, and now we live in an incredible house within the beautiful community of Emerald Park.
