AMAZING. Had my eye on a place this man made it happen. Making the choice to purchase a home can be scary, it’s a lot of money, not scary if Brody’s around. He thinks of EVERYTHING. Anytime I would think oh I need to remember to ask him about xyz. He’d already have contacted me with answers to questions I didn’t know I had, questions I forgot about and great advice. Really just incredible at making the whole process easy. Always willing and eager to work with you. I never felt pressured or anxious about arranging times to view places. When it came time to get this or that or call this company. Brody was 87 million steps ahead. On the ball. I cannot recommend him enough, oh and he was great with our dog as well! I’m in a home for LESS money than expected, in a BETTER location than I ever thought for my price range. Seriously 100% cannot recommend enough!
