We used Chad to sell our house, and we knew as soon as we were looking to buy that we wanted him to be our agent again! He is fantastic. When we were interested in a home that had sellers in an unusual financial situation, Chad did an incredible amount of research and contacted people in many different fields (including lawyers and mortgage specialists) to help us make the safest and most informed decision possible about putting an offer on the house (we ended up buying another house). It was very apparent he had our best interest at heart, and was not just trying to make a sale as quickly as he could. He was so accommodating with our crazy schedule, and drove up and down the lower half of the island a few times to look at houses with us. His communication is excellent. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the market, house construction, and other things I don’t even know how to describe. And if he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he is very prompt about finding answers. I cannot recommend him enough.
