We were living in Ontario and met Chantelle once on a visit to Victoria when starting our house search. She was very helpful in carefully establishing our needs and following up with suggested listings as they appeared. Even though it was some 36km from Victoria she unhesitatingly drove there to investigate the property for us. There is no question that she went well above and beyond the usual services expected of a buying agent. This resulted in a successful purchase for us at slightly below market. All the while we were at considerable distance in Ontario. We owe her our deep gratitude for securing a lovely home for us in beautiful surroundings which perfectly fits our lifestyle.
