Be careful for this one, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANYONE. Tried to screw me out of 1% difference, tried to tell me representing both parties is "not a double ender". When I didn't want to sign until we discussed that further, he revealed information about my house until it was time to sign the papers. No integrity, dishonest.. he may withhold information about your residence as a bargaining chip.
