Dan approached us having a buyer when our property wasn’t for sale. He pretended not to know much about the buyer or purpose for buying.m but then made up a story about the buyer wanting it for his elderly parents. Honestly goes a long way. House sold and was used for another purpose not that it matters but the story was used as a way to convince my mother to sell. Then Dan had the nerve to call after the sale accusing us of switching the fridge out with a broken one. Don’t use the same agent to represent the buyer and seller. He was definitely friends with the buyer and didn’t represent us fairly.
