I Purchased a new build in a new community and the builder offered Danny James to sell my current home. The home sold quickly, however, once the sale went through, he was nowhere to be found. You would think come possession day of the home I had sold, or my new home, that he would have offered a congrats or some sort of follow up. Nothing of the sort! He seemed to be happy to take our money and move on! Responsiveness of texting/ emails was extremely poor, and he would often say he would follow up on a question, and would need prompting. I wouldn't recommend Danny James to anyone. He seems very focused on selling his new builds, and isn't client-focused enough. Good luck to anyone who tries to use him!
