My wife and I recently purchased a new home and sold our condo with David and it was a great experience. David was certain that if we wanted the house we could get it and in the end we purchased that home for the price we wanted in the neighbourhood we wanted to live in! We then listed our condo with David and sold it within 48 hours of listing for the highest per square foot price in our building!
