I just wanted to confirm the open house at (address) today'. Elaine made a 'huff', in an annoyed voice stated 'NO, it's got an offer. GOOD BYE!'. She did not ask me what I was looking for, if I was looking for any other properties, or anything to aid me as a buyer. The property still shows online as having an open house. When I looked at the other listings on her website, some are sold already. She lacks minimal professionalism, and does not understand that being a realtor is about building relationships. I am looking at investing in several properties, but I would not include her in any of my transactions.
