I simply inquired online (Nov. 2019) about a hunting property I wanted to invest in and made an offer of $10,000 on a property listed for $14,000. This is all I have to invest and I took a shot at this property because it's also a nice recreational property for hunting and fishing. The email response I recieved was "not a chance". No hello, no explanation or any follow up to try to make a deal work. If you are looking for professional service and help, I recommend finding another realtor.
