Elisa is a star agent! It is evident that she is extremely knowledgeable about the market and can help you buy/sell a property, but most importantly she truly cares. Elisa was kind and comforting as she walked me through every step of purchasing my first house. Anytime I had questions or concerns she answered me immediately and was always quick to find answers to the questions she didn't know. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and I was able to get the house I wanted. One day she even called CRA for me and waited on hold for who knows how long to make sure I got the answers I needed. She was flexible with my schedule and always made time for me when I needed her. She walked with me during the inspection and explained things to me in terms I understood and taught me things I wouldn't have known to do or look for.
