As the other poster mentioned, Garrett Parker is unethical in his approach to making his way in the world.
A meeting was set up to negotiate the purchase of several of my properties where he then offered me below market value - essentially 'negotiating in bad faith.'
Garrett will say anything to position himself favourably while undermining and eroding the value of integrity and honesty.
The world certainly doesn't need any more people like this.
