My wife and I weren't expecting to buy a home in the middle of the winter. The market was pretty limited for homes in our range and they were snapped up quick when they became available. As first time home buyers, we probably weren't the easiest to work with because we didn't know what we were looking for. Somehow though Gene managed to find us a place we loved in the middle of winter in a very hot market. He coached us through the buying process, helped us put a bid on a house we loved and we got it! What's better, we got it for a great price. I can't recommend Gene enough. He knows the city, he's a great guy and I loved working with him.
