We worked with Gene to purchase a home in the Kingston area, after we decided to relocate from another city. Gene was fabulous to work with! He made what can be a stressful chore so much fun while still getting the job done. The reason we chose Gene to start with was his openness in sharing information about Kingston, the market, neighbourhoods, schools and anything else...whether we worked with him or not. Gene knows Kingston extremely well and honed in on areas that would suit us based on our needs. He is extremely responsive and was quick to book showings, send us potential houses and answer any questions/calls. When looking at houses he has a vast knowledge of construction and understands what needs to be done and approx. costs. He has many contacts in the area to help with after sale work that you may require. Gene was respectful of our budget and didn't push houses on us that would be a stretch for us. He was also great with our son, who was there through much of the process. One very key thing with Gene is that if he says he is going to do something, he is going to do it...a rare trait to find in people today. You really can't go wrong working with Gene and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
