Ivonne is an extraordinary person. Highly educated, polished and very likable. She asked all the right questions before putting the building on the market and so she was always very well repaired. This particular sale could've been a very difficult because of a difficult tenant we've had there at the time but she managed to navigate through the whole process very well. Ivonne wasn't shy to ask the highest price for the area and was successful in achieving it. She also sold another single foamily house for us with an equal success. Ivonne helped us with the décor and even brought flowers before showings to make potential buyers of the just freshly renovated home feel more comfortable. In the same year she helped us find and buy another property in West Kelowna. In all of these transaction she was very well organized, always approachable and quick in delivering any important information and in so doing solving very smoothly any and all potential problems.
