Stay away from Jay. He comes across as genuine and honest, but he is far from that. We hired him to help us sell our house and he almost bamboozled us into selling our house for $100,000 less than market on an offer where he did not disclose that he was also the buyers' agent. Be aware that everything may seem great, but he doesn't have his clients' best interests in mind.
