M. Jean-Philippe Dupuis has been declared guilty of several violations by the OACIQ, and still continues to mislead customers with questionable and dishonest practices. He told us he wanted to see our apartment (for sale by owner) with a buyer, but when he showed up he was alone. All he wanted is to get us to sign a real estate brokerage contract with him. When asked to leave, he insisted and was reluctant. I would never do business with such a person.
