Jeff was recommended to us by a friend and I would not hesitate to do the same to others. As a first time home buyer, I was generally wary of the process, but as things developed, I felt comfortable with Jeff. He was patient and calm throughout (as the “nervous type” it definitely was a helpful balance for me) and he’s clearly knowledgeable/experienced as evident by the fact that he was able to predict how things would “play out” quite accurately before we even began the process. I would also note that Jeff & team have also been very considerate even after securing the deal with the “little things” like securing extra information/having the previous owners pay for a contract to make the AC would be functioning in the spring (winter closing) and follow-ups to make sure everything was ok.
