Approximately 9 years ago I used Holmes real estate to buy and sell my first home, in a nut shell they we're incredible! Jim Holmes was very professional, organized and informative. Jim took the time to explain each step of both the buying and selling process in great detail to someone who had little knowledge. When we were going through the process of buying the home Jim Holmes took his time and never rushed me into making a decision, he even gave me his honest opinion on each property we saw which I truly appreciated, he would sit me down after each showing and go over the pro's and con's. The same went for when I was selling the property, he once again went above and beyond my expectations. Jim Holmes was very honest and caring. Jim also helped with the staging do's and dont's which made the selling process quick and seamless. Jim and I also sat down and went over the expectation of what the property would sell for based on the area and the market, once again he exceeded these expectations and the property sold for a great profit. All in all Jim Holmes (Holmes real estate) was an incredible agent and I would not hesitate to use him again. If there's one thing you can take away from this review is this, they truly care about their clients. period!
