Working with Julian was the best decision we ever made. After looking with a different agent for 6 months and missing out on property after property, we landed a piece of heaven on our 2nd outing with him... for under list price. Julian was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions we had. He was remarkably low pressure with us, even though we were looking in area that was difficult to get to.
