Got in contact with June via a friend's reference. She was aggressive which was good. She was friendly. But I found her saying yes without thinking much; this was not necessarily the type of agent that fitted my style. There were many hiccups. Notably she changed the penalty portion of the legal document without consulting the lawyer, leading to the seller's lawyer questioning us the buyer side. I thought that was unprofessional. She knew how to persuade you into deals but the technical expertise about the legal side was lacking. Now that I looked back and reflected on my experience in buying my condo, I realized that she didn't have the expertise in general. Very good at persuasion though. Overall would not recommend.
