Thirty words or less -- WOW...There are enough adjectives to adequately describe Ken's professionalism. integrity, honesty, compassion and his continuous willingness to listen and to offer solid advice. I have sold many hours over to past 40 years and I have never had such an amazing real estate agent. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hard-working and honest gentleman. I interviewed three agents. Ken came very prepared. Our house was a land lease and as such had some idiosyncrasies. Ken had no hesitation in researching and working with our Management Company as well as working collaboratively with the seller's agent to insure that all questions were resolved satisfactorily. He and Claire did an absolute amazing job at staging my house -- initially I wasn't sold on the idea however they willingly worked with me to address my reluctance.
