The house search: Ken helped us find a perfect investment property for our family. We looked for several months during the winter when inventory was tight in the Barrie area. We had an open mind to what type of property we were looking for, and this resulted in us looking at many properties with Ken. The purchase/closing: After we had a firm deal in place, Ken continued to give quick and helpful feedback until the very end. Our condo was tenanted and Ken was very helpful and respectful to everyone involved as we transitioned ownership. I asked many questions to the seller at the late stages before closing and Ken was always quick to pass them on and get me answers. It was a smooth close because of Ken.
