Slow to respond; misrepresented property facts; did not follow through on commitments; left all closing work to seller and ourselves--we worked directly with seller and in doing so also found out contradictory messages re possession date were sent to ourselves and the seller to cover up lack of action by the agent.
On positive side is knowledgable re western islands in Rice Lake which was helpful.
