Maggie (and the whole TJ and Steph team) were recommended to us by someone we trust, and for good reason. Their collective knowledge set, connections to other professionals resources for closing, attention to detail, and professionalism are 2nd to none. This was our 5th property purchase and likely our most complicated one being a 2nd investment property, and our 1st into the Airbnb world. I honestly don't think this deal would have even come together, if not for exceptional efforts of Maggie, TJ and Jessie.
